AN OAK BENCH, with an acanthus leaf-molded
edge with a reclining lion at each end and a paneled
front on baluster turned legs, left.

A CHARLES II OAK COFFER, the three paneled
hinged top above three front panels, on stile feet,
carved throughout with later roundels, lunettes and
floral decoration, and dated 1632,2ft. high by 3ft. 10lMn.
vide (61cm. by 118cm.) circa 1660

A GOOD CHARLES II OAK CHEST, the molded top
and frieze drawer set with octagonal fielded panels
enclosing ebony roundels inlaid with mother-o’-pearl
and ovals, flanking a central arcaded panel and divided
by split balusters, above a pair of cupboard doors
similarly decorated and enclosing three graduated long
drawers, on bun feet, 3ft.. high by 3ft. 5in. vide
(109cm. by 104cm.) circa 1675, restored

A CHARLES II OAK COURT CUPBOARD, with а
guilloche-carved frieze with the date 1668, above a pair
of rosette-carved paneled doors flanking a central panel
carved with stylized bunches of grapes, the lower part
with two paneled doors, on stile feet, 4ft. 8in. high by
5ft. 5in. vide (142cm. by 165cm.) third quarter 17th Century,
probably Westmorland

lower part with a further two cupboards set with fielded
panels on stile feet, 5ft. 9in. high (175cm.) circa 1690,
possibly Welsh, molding new.

AN OAK CHEST with molded four panel lid, the
front with carved frieze and three panels, the centre one
carved 1648 and initialed T.P. with a pair of drawers
below, 2ft. 2in. high by 4ft. (66cm. by 126cm.)
late 17th Century

AN OAK COURT CUPBOARD, with a flower-carved
frieze supported by ringed bulbous balusters, with а
central cupboard door set with flower heads, the lower
part with two short drawers above a central cupboard,
the whole ornately decorated with stylized flowers and
foliage, on stile feet, 4ft.

fragments
